We ship according to Australia Post's charges, plus $1.00 for handling.
For Australian deliveries the postage amount is calculated according to the weight and size of the items purchased. The rates are calculated directly from Australia Post's website.
Australia Buyers:
All of our liquid products travel via road or rail transport and are correctly labeled and packaged as per the conditions of our Australia Post agreement. This means of course that express post is not available for any liquid product purchases made through our store. Some of our products are flammable, therefore have special labeling and transportation requirements. So that we are not in violation of Domestic/International laws and regulations regarding transportation of these products, we send all of our liquid products via a Consumer Commodities Dangerous Goods contract through Australia Post. If you are in doubt about laws and regulations pertaining to the transportation of these products, please contact Australia Post and ask to be transferred through to the Dangerous and Prohibited Goods department for further information.
Items sent by express post through Australia Post are not covered by any insurance cover as per Australia Posts' terms of service, we strongly recommend registered post. When you select Express Post, this means that you have elected the fastest shipping method available, it does not mean you will get your order the next day. Express Post parcels are processed in the order they have arrived with our other orders, we hope you understand that it does not mean that your order will be pushed ahead of others because Express Post has been selected.Delivery times quoted when placing an order are directly from Australia Post, this delivery time is from when we post your order, not when you place the order. As an example, if you place an order over a weekend it will be processed and packed on the Monday and will not leave here until Tuesday morning. Our mail is collected by Australia Post at 8:00am weekday mornings. WNS is not open over weekends.
International Buyers: If you are purchasing liquid products, please select seamail as your shipping option. If you want your items in a hurry you may have to delete the liquid items totally or split your order to send only the liquids by seamail.
Returns...
WNS take pride in customer satisfaction and our extremely high level of repeat business so will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item please email us within three (3) days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the situation. We will exchange only if there is a legitimate manufacturing fault, we will not refund if an item is under warranty, if you have had the item for over 30 days, the item will be repaired or replaced. If we accidently send out the wrong item we will correct this by sending you the correct item, you will be asked to return the incorrect item and we will reimburse your postage. The buyer will be responsible for all postage costs. All returns must be authorised before being sent - unexpected returns will not be opened and will be marked return to sender. All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them, we package our items carefully and expect that you do the same. We do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, we will always describe and photograph our items accurately and honestly so you can be sure that what you see is what you get. Refund/exchange is at our discretion on a case by case basis and will occur only after the original item is received and checked by us. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding restocking fees which may be applied to returns.
